As such we supply engineering solutions using modern controls or building management systems (BMS) so as to meet our customers' needs for more cost effective, safe and sustainable building services and environments.

In partnership with our suppliers, CTH offers a single point of responsibility for systems design and development, project management, installation, commissioning, training and maintenance.
We are seeking to grow our business via long term relationships with customers and suppliers who share our values and culture. Long established clients include familiar names from the high street and those involved in major mechanical and electrical contracting works.
