At CTH, we recognise the need for fundamental changes in the processes and conduct of constructing buildings if the industry is to maximise the value of its clients’ investments.

As a small, specialist contractor we have been proactive in our response to the government’s drive for improvement following the milestone reports of the Latham and Egan Committees. We are actively contributing to the movement for change through participation in the Constructing Excellence Programme.

In 2001, we were selected as an Inside UK Enterprise host company as an exemplar of best practice.

We believe that substantial cost savings and quality improvements will result from process and equipment standardisation, particularly when combined with off-site manufacture and pre-assembly of building services systems.

We have been proactive in forming strategic alliances with a select number of original equipment manufacturers to supply controls for factory installation.

At the core of our company mission is a commitment to quality and continuous improvement for all our stakeholders.
