Whether you have an existing Building Management System or a new one, CTH can help support it offering a wide range of services including.
Energy Reduction – The ethos of energy reduction covers every aspect of the work CTH carries out including Support Services. We recognise that we need to add extra value in the products we offer and have included a package of energy reduction measures as standard. These include
- Time Schedule rationalisation
- Setpoint reduction
- Manual override checks
Are far as possible these elements will be delivered within the service visit and looking forward, our approach will always be proactive with suggestions to improve and optimise your BMS
Maintenance – CTH can offer a full service package with scheduled visits to keep your system running at its optimum.
Bureau support – we offer a full proactive service where alarms are monitored 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Once a critical alarm is received at our bureau a pre-set escalation procedure is followed to get an engineer of correct discipline to site.
We also offer a reactive service as part of any support contract. This takes the form of a remote dial in facility and provides a first line of defence if any problems occur, saving you a call out fee and providing a quicker response time.
Callout – A full 24-hour, 365 day a year call out service is also available.

Our service offering on each system is backed up with a solutions partnership agreement with the manufacturer.
